BMW Airhead Quiet Core Mufflers Cone Engineering

This complete slip-on muffler kit for the bmw /5, /6 & /7 series Airheads, will fit nearly all the opposed cylinder bmw from 1969-84 (except some of the “s” models).

Note for r100 models: the kit will not slip on a 40mm header. In you aren’t certain of your header size, please measure the outside diameter of your header to confirm sizing before ordering.

The 304 stainless steel slip-on kit is manufactured from 304ss and features our unique “quiet core” mufflers. These are a great design to pair with the mellow bmw airhead motor. They are not too aggressive on the exhaust note, pleasant to the ears - and will not torment your neighbors!

The kit is extremely easy to install and requires very little tuning after installation. Included in the kit is everything you need to install.

These are for 38mm pipes.
