Refund policy

Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in original packaging.

Return Shipping
We offer a $12.00 flat rate return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Restocking Fee
There is no restocking fee on returns.

Final Sale Items
Please note: Triple clamp assemblies, wheels, rims, custom made stems and clamps.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirmation. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 5 days.

Exchanges
