John and the fellas at Cognito Moto really went out of their way to get my wheel laced in time for an event I had coming up. I sent them a set of the wrong spokes (18” inch drum); I needed 18” front disk spokes. They reached out to their distributors and talked one of them into expediting the spokes so I’d have my wheel ready in time. I don’t think anyone else would have gone as far as they did to help me out. The wheels look fantastic and roll even better. I highly recommend them for wheel lacing. Thanks again John!
