This complete Cognito Moto package combines our BMW stock front wheel to GSX-R fork adapter kit with a 55 mm offset triple tree conversion. It is designed for builders who want to retain the original BMW front wheel while upgrading to modern GSX-R forks.

55 mm Offset

All clamp styles in this package use a fixed 55 mm fork offset.

What the Kit Includes

• 55 mm offset upper and lower triple clamps
• Custom steering stem for the selected BMW frame
• All Balls tapered roller conversion bearings
• Adjustable steering stops
• BMW stock wheel to GSX-R fork adapter kit
• Two rotor adapters
• Custom front axle
• Required axle spacer/reducer

Clamp Style

Billet: Classic Cognito Moto billet fixed-offset triple tree.

Retro: Retro-style upper clamp with a more traditional look.

Race: Race-style fixed-offset triple clamps.

Competition: Competition Series clamp with the Motoscope Pro pocket machined into the upper clamp.

Finish

Choose Bare Aluminum, Anodized Black, or Anodized Clear. Available finish options are shown automatically for the selected clamp style.

Gauge Options

Billet: Choose No Gauge or Motoscope Mini + LED Indicators.

Retro: Choose No Gauge or Motoscope Mini + Motosign.

Race: Choose No Gauge or Motoscope Mini + Motosign.

Competition: Choose Without Motoscope Pro or Include Motoscope Pro. The Motoscope Pro pocket is machined into every Competition Series upper clamp.

Riser Options

For Billet, Retro, and Race clamps, choose from:

• No Risers
• Riser Drilling Only
• 7/8" Risers + Drilling
• 1" Risers + Drilling
• 1-1/8" Risers + Drilling

For Competition Series clamps, choose from:

• No Risers
• 7/8" Risers
• 1" Risers
• 1-1/8" Risers

Riser drilling is CNC machined for accurate placement.

BMW Model

Select the exact BMW model/year group shown in the menu. This determines the correct steering stem, bearing setup, axle configuration, and wheel adapter components supplied with the kit.

GSX-R Fork

Select the GSX-R fork year/model you are using. Current menu choices include:

• GSX-R600/750 2006-2010
• GSX-R600/750 2011-Present
• GSX-R1000 2006-2008
• GSX-R1000 2009-2011
• GSX-R1000 2012-Present

Brake Rotor Requirements

This kit is designed to use GSX-R brake rotors that match the selected GSX-R fork. GSX-R rotors and GSX-R rotor bolts are not included. The original BMW rotor bolts are reused to attach the Cognito Moto rotor adapters to the BMW wheel.

No modification to the BMW wheel or GSX-R forks is required.
