Custom Triple Tree Conversion ( Any fork to Any bike )

Custom fixed-offset triple clamp conversion for fitting a different front fork to your motorcycle. Each kit is built around your motorcycle frame and donor fork combination, with a custom steering stem and adjustable steering stops.

How to order

1. Select your finish. Choose Bare Aluminum or Anodized Black from the options above.
2. Identify your motorcycle. Enter the year, make, and model of the bike receiving the fork conversion in the order notes at checkout.
3. Identify your donor forks. Include the year, make, and model the forks came from. Please be as specific as possible.
4. Tell us your front wheel size and desired fork offset. Available fixed offsets include 30 mm, 45 mm, 50 mm, 55 mm, and 60 mm. If you are unsure which offset is appropriate, contact us before ordering so we can review your setup.
5. Watch for any measurement requests. If we do not have verified dimensions for your frame or donor forks, we may need your existing triple clamps or additional measurements to design the conversion. We will contact you before asking you to ship any parts.

Fork compatibility and offset guidance

We can build conversions for many fork types, including Suzuki GSX-R, Honda CBR, Yamaha R6/R1, and Kawasaki ZX-6R. Other forks may be possible; please contact us if your application is not listed.

As a general starting point, 30 mm offset is commonly used with 17-inch front-wheel setups, while 45–60 mm offsets are often suitable for 18-inch and 19-inch wheels. The correct offset depends on your specific motorcycle and front-end geometry.

Custom fitment and lead time

This is a made-to-order product. The estimated production time is 1–2 weeks; if you have a deadline or an unusual fork/frame combination, please contact us before ordering.
