XSR700 R6 Fork Conversion Kit

Cognito Moto proudly presents an all-encompassing, bolt-on kit designed for seamlessly integrating your stock XSR700 wheel and adapter with a 2008-2016 R6 Fork. This meticulously crafted kit includes a new triple clamp equipped with an ignition mount, enabling you to preserve your key and steering lock features, along with the original headlight and gauge mounting setup. The design ensures that the gauge can be reattached in its original location, along with provisions for the stock handlebar mounts, maintaining the bike's factory ergonomics and aesthetics.

Engineered for a wider fork spacing than the R6, the kit guarantees that the stock XSR rotors precisely align with the new fork tubes and calipers. A custom axle and spacer kit are provided to accommodate the smaller diameter of the XSR wheel bearings relative to those of the R6, ensuring a perfect fit. To facilitate the ABS functionality, a new ABS sensor bracket is incorporated, allowing for a secure reattachment of the ABS sensor and ensuring the system functions flawlessly without activating any warning lights or error codes.

This kit is designed for an effortless, bolt-on installation process, enabling you to keep your existing wheel, rotors, gauges, gauge mounting, and headlight intact. Note that the 2008-2016 R6 Fork, calipers, and brake lines are essential for the installation but are not included with the kit.
