Harley High HP Staggered Spoke Laced Rear Wheel Hub – Dyna, Softail, Sportster, Touring (2000–2007)
High horsepower staggered-spoke Harley rear wheel hub engineered for powerful custom builds where spoke-neck bending and spoke breakage are concerns, particularly applications exceeding 100 horsepower.
Unlike a conventional aligned spoke-hole pattern, our staggered spoke holes improve the spoke exit angle and reduce bending at the neck. The design allows a reduced-neck spoke configuration to help improve spoke alignment and durability in high-torque applications.
Choose from 36-hole or 40-hole configurations, with either a bare CNC-machined aluminum finish or anodized black. Designed as a bolt-in laced rear hub replacement for the applications listed below, using the same fitment as our standard Harley hub.
Wheel-building note: Correct spoke selection, lacing, tension, and rim compatibility are essential. Confirm your reduced-neck spoke and wheel-build requirements before ordering. Hub only; rim and spokes are not included. The 100+ HP designation describes the intended application, not a tested horsepower limit or a guarantee against spoke failure.
