We can scan an existing part to capture its shape and use that information as a starting point for a replacement. Critical fits and dimensions still need to be checked against the vehicle and mating parts before we machine it.

Broken, worn, or just unavailable?
Projects often begin with a broken casting, cracked bracket, weak original design, discontinued part, or a used component that costs more than a new replacement should. We can also assess where improved strength is desirable, with material and design chosen for the application.

We’ll discuss fitment, materials, quantity, and whether we need the original part or a mating component in hand.

Once the scope and quote are approved, we design, machine, and finish the part.
Common questions
Can you make a replacement for my car?
Can you reproduce a discontinued car part from the original?
Often, yes. An original part gives us the best starting point for dimensions and fitment. We’ll review its condition and intended use before quoting.
What if the original is broken or I only have a drawing?
Send what you have. A broken sample, photos, dimensions, CAD files, a scan, or a paper drawing can help us evaluate the project. We may need the vehicle or mating part measured before machining.
Do you make just one part?
Yes. We consider one-off replacements as well as small production runs. The price depends on design work, material, complexity, and quantity.
