Cognito Moto 2" Drop Triple Trees for Harley – GSX-R Fork Conversion

Cognito Moto’s 2" Drop Triple Trees are designed for Harley GSX-R front end conversions and help correct fork length while providing proper offset and clearance.

They include riser holes so you can retain OEM-style Harley handlebar vibration bushings, plus adjustable steering stops to help prevent tank contact.

Which Setup Do You Need?

25 mm Axle, Non-ABS

You can typically retain the stock Harley front wheel because the Harley rotor spacing closely matches the GSX-R fork spacing.

The stock Harley rotor is usually smaller than the rotor diameter required by the GSX-R brakes.

Use:

• An oversized Harley front rotor

• Caliper spacers

• Longer caliper mounting bolts

This is especially common with 2006+ GSX-R forks using radial-mount calipers.

3/4" Axle, Non-ABS

Use our separately available 3/4" Harley Wheel Adapter Kit.

The kit includes:

• Custom front axle

• Rotor adapter

• Required conversion hardware

The rotor adapter lets you use the correct GSX-R rotor for the year and model of fork being installed.

No additional rotor spacing is required.

ABS Dyna and 2018+ Softail

Choose the appropriate ABS triple tree kit.

These kits are designed to retain:

• Stock Harley front wheel

• Stock Harley rotor

• Factory Harley ABS system

ABS kits include the required custom axle, adapter components, and widened triple spacing needed for proper wheel, rotor, and ABS sensor clearance.
