Top Clamp Indicator Mod

If you are purchasing a Cognito Moto Triple clamp and want us to incorporate indicators into the clamps. Mod include 5 LED's. We cut out the clamp on the front and back to incorporate these for a very clean look. Just add the clamp needed then add this item. Will come fully assembled. Perfect for running simple gauges that do not have indicator lights.

INSTRUCTIONS

• LED Wires:

  • Each LED has:
    • A positive wire (colored to match the LED light color).
    • A black wire (for ground).

• Identifying Black Wires:

  • Use a battery to systematically test each colored wire by connecting it to the positive side of the battery.
  • Check each black wire individually to identify which LED it corresponds with through a process of elimination.

• Yellow LEDs (Turn Signals) & Blue LED (High Beam):

  • Positive Wire (yellow for turn signals, blue for high beam) should connect to the respective turn signal or high beam circuit.
  • Black Wire connects to ground.

• Red LED (Oil Light) & Green LED (Neutral Light):

  • Positive Wire (red for oil light, green for neutral light) should connect to a 12V source that is key-switched on (i.e., only powered when the ignition key is on).
  • Black Wire connects to the oil switch and neutral switch, respectively.
  • Note: These LEDs are ground-switched rather than 12V-switched (like the turn signals and high beam), so they activate when grounded.
