Cognito Moto Design Air intake Box for XS650. CNC'd from billet aluminum with a UNI filter elements sandwiched between two internal and external wire mesh grills. The grill is available in stainless or bronze. Unit is rebuild-able so that filter element can be replaced or cleaned.

xs650 air box

Very nice. Machined from billet aluminum, which surprised me on the carb facing side. The inlet tubes and plate are a single piece. Anodized a nice black. Stainless mesh is heavy gage and strong. Also the rubber (silicon) tubes are high quality. Worth the money! Only thing I did was apply anti-seize to the bolt threads so galvanic reaction does'nt happen down the road. Zinc plated threads in aluminum can be a bear to take out after time.
