1999-2015 Yamaha R6 R6S & R1 Hub Bolt-on Conversion Laced Wheel

Bolt-On Hub for R6, R6-S & R1 fork and dual disc brake conversion. This Hub allows you to easily adapt a laced rim to a modern inverted and non-inverted fork. Available in 40 and 36 hole versions to cover a wider range of rims. This is a very simple solution for a difficult conversion. Hub reuses stock R6 R6-S & R1 bearings, axle,  and seals to provide a clean OEM look. 
If your donor fork did not come with bearings and/or bearings and seals We are glad to offer All Balls Racing bearings and seals required for this hub to fit the R6 & R1 axle.
***Inner Inner Lacing of spokes is required.***
***GSX-R Rotors and rotor bolts must be used for conversion. This was required to keep hub size down. See spec below***

  • Must use rotors from the following:
    • 1999-2005 R6  use  GSX-R600 GSX-R750 2004-2005 ROTOR ( 298 Dia. )

    • 2006-2015  R6 use SV1000 2003-2007 ROTOR ( 310 Dia. )
    • 2003-2008 YZF R6 S use GSX-R600  2004-2005 ROTOR ( 298 Dia. )
    • 1999-2003 R1 use GSX-R600 GSX-R750 2004-2005 ROTOR ( 298 Dia.)

    • 2004-2006 R1 use GSX-R600 2000-2003 ROTOR ( 320mm Dia.)

    • 2007-2014 R1 use SV1000 2003-2007 ROTOR ( 310 Dia. )

       

    • Black Anodizing is available for an additional $30.00
    • Required R6 & R1 bearings and seal kit is available for an additional $18.93.
    • OEM R6 and R1 spacers should be used. Be sure that spacers match year of fork.
