Cognito Moto Industrial Rolling Workbench

This is not a production bench. It is not stamped out of sheet metal, boxed flat, and shipped from a warehouse. Every bench we build is handcrafted one at a time in our shop in Richmond, Virginia, built to the same standard as the professional shop equipment we manufacture every day. This is the kind of bench you buy once, use for a lifetime, and hand down to the next generation.

The frame is fully welded from structural 2" x 4" .120 wall steel tubing, not sheet metal, not thin-wall, not hardware store material. The welds are laid by hand and finished in your choice of bare steel with a wire-brushed wax finish or black micro-texture powder coat. The result is a frame with exceptional rigidity that simply does not flex, rack, or wear out.

The top is solid Hevea butcher block, a dense, tight-grained hardwood that handles abuse, cleans up well, and only gets better with age. It is the kind of work surface that develops character over years of real use.

The bench rides on heavy-duty 6" industrial polyurethane casters, rated to carry serious weight and roll smoothly across concrete floors. Dual lower support rails tie the frame together and add rigidity for heavy loads.

When your bench is finished, it ships to you fully assembled by freight, ready to roll into your shop and get to work. There is nothing to assemble, no hardware bag, no instructions.

Lifetime Warranty Every bench we build is backed by a lifetime structural warranty. We stand behind our welds, our frame, and our craftsmanship for the life of the bench. If anything we built ever fails, we will make it right. This warranty covers structural components including the welded frame, joints, and support rails. It does not cover normal wear to the butcher block top, caster wear, or damage resulting from misuse or overloading beyond rated capacity.
