This kit allows you to retain a stock Harley front wheel with a 3/4" axle when installing supported Suzuki GSX-R forks.

Unlike later 25 mm Harley wheel applications, the 3/4" Harley wheel does not directly match the GSX-R axle and rotor setup. This kit provides the parts needed to correctly locate the Harley wheel and use the proper GSX-R front rotor for the year and model of fork being installed.

How It Works

The rotor adapter is designed around the correct GSX-R rotor for the selected fork. The adapter positions the GSX-R rotor in the correct location between the fork legs, so no additional rotor spacing or shimming is required.

Select the GSX-R fork year and model you are using when ordering. The correct rotor adapter configuration will be supplied for that fork.

Harley Fitment

This kit is intended for non-ABS Harley front wheels using a 3/4" front axle, including many:

• FXR 1982–1994/95
• Dyna 1991–2003
• FXDWG Wide Glide through 2005
• Sportster through 2007

Harley used different wheel and axle configurations depending on model and year. Verify that your front wheel uses a 3/4" axle before ordering.

Rotor Information

This kit uses the correct GSX-R rotor for the selected fork rather than the stock Harley rotor. GSX-R rotor diameter and bolt pattern vary by fork year and model, so choose the fork option that matches your front end.

Important

This kit is for 3/4" axle, non-ABS Harley applications. It is not the wheel solution for 25 mm Harley front wheels or ABS-equipped Harley models.
