Harley FXR / Sportster 39mm (1988–2003 Select Models) Retro Billet Triple Tree Assembly | OEM Replacement

Cognito Moto CNC-machined Retro Billet Triple Tree Assembly for Harley FXR / Sportster 39mm (1988–2003 Select Models), styled after our existing retro triple tree design but developed for factory Harley forks and original chassis geometry. This is an OEM-style replacement, not a fork swap.

Intended Harley applications

Selected factory 39mm Narrow Glide FXR models, primarily 1988–1994 and certain late-production FXR years, plus selected 1988–2003 XL883/XL1200 Sportsters. Earlier 35mm FXR forks, Custom/wide configurations, and model-specific offset or brake arrangements are excluded until confirmed. A shared 39mm fork size does not guarantee identical upper and lower clamps.

Included

Factory steering bearings, handlebar risers, rubber bushings, headlight and forks are not included unless specifically confirmed. This is not a conversion-bearing kit.

Riser mounting option

Choose an undrilled upper clamp or drilling for stock Harley-style rubber-bushing riser mounts on 3.5-inch (88.9mm) centers. Drilling adds $23, matching our existing riser drilling service. Bushings and risers are not included. For different spacing, a solid-mount arrangement or other custom setup, contact us with measurements before ordering.

Bottom-mount headlight option

Choose no lower-tree headlight provision, or a Bates-style bottom-mount headlight hole for a suitable lower-clamp location. This option creates a mount provision only; it does not include a headlight or bracket. Final hole size, thread, location and available material must be checked against the actual headlight and clamp design. This option currently carries no additional draft price.

Design and fitment confirmation required: This is an unverified, made-to-order product draft. Final OEM upper and lower clamp part numbers, upper/lower clamping diameters, fork spacing, offset, steering-stem geometry, handlebar bushing fit, steering stops, wheel/brake clearance and any headlight-mount position must be verified before manufacture and publication.
